Sandra Serkes

President & CEO

Sandra (“Sandy”) Serkes is a dynamic leader with an extensive background spanning over 20 years in entrepreneurship, software marketing, product management and corporate strategy, particularly in information governance, predictive analytics, document data mining and processing, computer telephony and speech recognition. A graduate of Harvard Business School and MIT, Sandy is a frequent industry speaker and panelist. She serves on the boards of several technology and analytics start-ups and was named a 2006 “Woman to Watch” by Womens’ Business magazine. Since the fall of 2015, Sandy has served as Adjunct Professor to the Columbia University School of Professional Studies, Knowledge Management Program, where she lectures on “Solving Information Governance & Knowledge Management Problems with Pattern-Recognition Technologies & Predictive Analytics.”

Aaron Goodisman

CTO & COO

Aaron Goodisman is a software industry veteran with over 25 years experience in engineering management, software architecture, and product development. Prior to founding Valora Technologies, Aaron served as Vice President of Engineering at SilverStream Software, acting as both manager and visionary for this award-winning application server product and its associated development and deployment tools. Aaron received his undergraduate and Master’s degrees in Computer Science from MIT and is considered a world expert in Java industry standards and UI design. He is a frequent industry speaker and has authored several articles for industry publications. Aaron is named as the inventor on several U.S. patents and currently pending patent applications. He holds a NACI Level II public trust clearance.

Aniela Lupien

Vice President, Client Services & Production

Aniela Lupien serves as Valora’s Vice President of Client Services & Production, responsible for all client interface and satisfaction during projects. As one of Valora’s most senior and experienced Project Managers, she also responsible for coordinating efforts between departments and manages all vendor and supplier relationships. Aniela’s focus is on large-scale, complex government projects, and she currently manages a variety of projects from government, direct and channel clients. She is responsible for managing up to six concurrent projects with 40 total QC staff. Aniela has been with Valora since October 2004 and is active in the Women in E-discovery trade organization. Previously, Aniela worked for title searching company TLC Abstract out of Albany, NY. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Western New England College in Business Administration, holds a NACI Level II public trust clearance and is proficient in Spanish.

Jennifer Nelson

Vice President, Marketing & Business Development

As Vice President, Marketing & Business Development, Jennifer Nelson leads Valora Technologies’ go-to-market strategy including corporate and product marketing, channel enablement, digital & event marketing, lead generation strategies and new business development. Jennifer brings over 20 years experience in the high tech industry – from global technology pioneers to start-ups – serving in a variety of marketing, business development and senior leadership roles in high growth mobile, security and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) businesses including FileFacets, GoFor Industries, Equiis Technologies and Ackroo.
